Why does “I’ll check it myself” become the default?
The team brings interpretations. Data partially confirms them. Full clarity never arrives.
So the CMO steps in — personally validating everything.
Where trust collapses?
Team insights feel subjective. Data feels fragmented. Neither provides a complete explanation. That gap increases personal load and erodes trust in both.
What’s actually missing?
The problem isn’t people or numbers. It’s the absence of a shared model of reality. Without it, neither source feels reliable.
What I build instead?
I align definitions, causal logic, and limitations into one narrative. Data and team must answer the same question in the same language — otherwise trust never stabilizes.
