That's not a productivity boost. That's the exact task companies used to hire junior and mid-level analysts to do — automated away.
Hiring managers won't fill three analyst seats to build and maintain pipelines when one senior person plus an agent can do it faster, cheaper, with fewer mistakes.
The analysts who survive this wave won't be the ones who write the cleanest SQL. They'll be the ones who can frame the business question the agent can't ask itself, and who own the architecture decisions upstream of the code.
If your resume says "I build dashboards and pipelines," it's time to rewrite it.
